Things that Should be in Your Diet. Ladies, diet does not mean that you have to eat less food or even do not eat at all. You can still eat normally. However, you should be careful in choosing your diet food. Even you will look older if your body lacks of fluids and nutrients. Well, here are some things that you should get in your diet.

  1. Mineral Water, please drink a glass of water before eating. By drinking a glass of water before eating, it will decrease your eating appetite. In addition, the intake of water for your skin will be enough and it will look healthy although your body weight continues t decline.
  2. Vegetables, there are many kinds of vegetables, such as lettuce, cabbage and spinach. Vegetables are low calorie foods. So, you can eat in bulk of them without worrying about being fat. In addition, vegetables are also rich in fiber that is good for your body.
  3. Vegetable Broth, remember that do not add any MSG in your food. Consuming vegetable broth is good. In addition, vegetable broth is much more good than the chicken broth.
  4. Protein, you can take 1 tbsp of protein powder and a blend it with almond milk. This dish can be served with ice cubes and a viable alternative to replace breakfast or dinner.
  5. Pickle, fresh food is low in calories. A bowl of pickles contains only about 50 calories. However, do not buy pickles that contain artificial coloring because it will only is not good for your body.
  6. Tofu, tofu is a processed foods that is rich in protein and fiber. A recent study states, a woman with excess weight will not eat too much in dinner after eating tofu. Eat natural tofu, without any other additional substances like sugar, because it will screw up your diet. And do you fry the tofu because fried foods are not good for you.
  7. Turkey, although it looks rich in fat, turkey contains triptopan and amino acids that will produce serotonin in the brain. Serotonin that is contained in the turkey will make us feel full. But, do not eat excessively.
  8. Wheat, a research says that food that rich of fiber such as wheat, will reduce eating appetite and body weight. In addition, to increase the fiber content, you can also eat fruits.
  9. Apple, beside rich in fiber, this fruit will make you full a little longer. If you already feel full, you will be automatically reduce your food intake. Replace your snacks with apples.
