Let’s Make Your Face Less Oily. Oily faces might be a problem for many people. An oily skin tend to be annoying. Not only because it makes people less attractive, but also because it might lead people dealing with other problems of face, especially acnes. However, you need to worry nothing since oily face is something you can manage by doing some things. Here are things you can do to make your face less oily:
- Control your diet. Diet plays important role in causing oily face. Therefore, you can start in making your face less oily by manage your diet. Less consumption of some greasy foods will make your face less oily.
- Use less-oily make up. Making your face less oily means that you should stop using any make up which contain oil, such as compact powder. Even you can start to put no make up on your face.
- Pay attention to your facial foam. Use one contains no chemical and no alcohols. It is good for you to choose a natural-based soap, such as olive soap, almond soap, or avocado soap. All of them are good in absorping oil while at the same time moisturing your skin.
- Wash your face by using warm water not hot water. The reason why you should choose warm water than hot water to wash your face is because hot water might make your skin dry. On the other hand, warm water remove oil and dirt from your skin without making it dry. In washing your face, you should not to over-scrub your face. Scrub your face gently. A gentle scrub will reduce your oily skin problems without causing dry skin.
- Do not wash your face too often. Washing your face might be the easiest way to remove oil from your face. However, it also might lead to the reactivition of seborrhea in your faces.
- Manage your face moisturizer. To make your face less oily, you are suggested to take a natural-based moisturizer. You can choose almond oil, olive oil, or avocado oil. All of them can make your skin more beautiful without giving such side effects caused by chemicals and sythetics substances.
- Use tomatoes or cucumbers. Slice tomatoes or cucumbers and apply it to your faces before you go to sleep. Regular treatment by using slices of tomatoes and cucumbers will make your face fresh and less oily.
- Washing your face by using celery boiled-water. All you need to do is slice celery leaves and put them to a boiled water for about 15 to 20 minutes. After that, you can leave the boiled water for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then, wash your face by using that celery water. Leave it for some minutes before you wash your faces by using water. Do it twice per day to get a maximum result.
